Betty Ann (Lear) Todd
August 11, 1940 - September 16, 2019

Betty Ann (Lear) Todd, 79, of Oakwood, passed away peacefully Monday morning, September 16, 2019 at CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center.
Betty was born August 11, 1940 in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Irvin and Edith (Saunders) Lear.  She graduated from Grand Rapids High School in 1959.  Upon graduating, she married Dale "Pete" Todd and they had three children together.  He preceded her in death in 2005.
Betty was very outgoing and friendly, she knew no stranger.  She was very successful in a social and occupational aspect.  She owned a bar (Betty's Country House) in Bowling Green, Ohio and retired from a supervisor position at Consolidated Biscuit Company in McComb, Ohio.
She was a wonderful cook and even better baker.  She spent many hours teaching her daughters and granddaughters to cook and bake.  Above all, Betty's accomplishments, her proudest was her family.  She loved watching her children, grandchildren and even great grandchildren grow.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sister, Carolyn (Lear) Walker; daughter, Cheri Todd and grandchildren, Derrick R. Todd; Dale & Cody Todd and Courtney Stahl.
She is survived by son, Bradley (Randy) Todd; daughter, Beverly (Todd) Stahl, grandchildren, Nathaneel (Elizabeth) Roe, Ashley (Andy) Carter, Wynn (Mariam) Todd; Brandi (Jon) Daniels; Savannah Todd (William Grinnell); and five great grandchildren.  They will all mourn her loss, but treasure her memory.  Betty will be missed by all family and friends who were able to enjoy her radiant personality.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Defiance, Ohio.
Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday prior to the services at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
