Dennis "Denny" Reese

   Dennis Lynn "Denny" Reese, 75, of rural Deshler, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022 at the Henry County Hospital, Napoleon, Ohio.
   He was born September 14, 1946 in Findlay, Ohio to the late Robert and Betty (Hill) Reese.  On January 14, 1972 he married Jane Weeks and they recently celebrated their 50th anniversary.
   Denny was a 1964 graduate of Deshler High School.  He was a self-employed farmer his entire life.  He enjoyed life on the farm and all that it provided.  He spent years buying and selling farm machinery; baling hay and straw and caring for his Haflinger Horses.  Alongside his wife, they attended many horse shows and county fairs.  They made lots of memories and good friends along the way.  He will be remembered as a hard working man, but especially as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
   He is survived by his wife, Jane; daughter, Dawn Hauenstein; son, Ryan Reese; and four grandchildren, Autumn; Aspen; Destinee and Dakota.
   Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. on Thursday at the Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler.  Denny will be buried in a private service for the family at Woodlawn Cemetery, Deshler.
   The family suggests donations to a charity of the donor's choice.
