Emma L. Trickey
January 11, 1925 - January 14, 2022

   Emma Lou Trickey, 97, of Milton Center, Ohio passed away Friday afternoon, January 14, 2022 at her residence.
   Emma was born January 11, 1925 to Ernest and Mattie (Blackwell) Tanner in Evergreen, Alabama.
   She had 3 sisters and  2 brothers; Newton Blackmon; Herman Tanner; Virgie Griffin; Mamie Tanner and Carrie Palynchuk.  They grew up on a farm where all the food was grown on the farm.  Plenty of work to keep the kids busy!
   She met George Trickey in 1946 and they were married on June 1, 1947.  They had 2 daughters while living in Alabama.
   Eventually they all moved to Ohio and ended up in Milton Center, Ohio.  They liked the small town living and lived out their lives there.
   They were blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
   The coffee pot was always on in Emma's kitchen in case anyone stopped by.  Hobbies were plentiful; she loved trying new things and always had several hobbies going at the same time.
   She was a faithful Jehovah's Witness attending services in Bowling Green. 
   Emma will be buried in Milton Township Cemetery, Custar, Ohio next to her husband of nearly 60 years.
   Emma will be remembered by all those whose lives she touched.
   The family would like to thank Bridge Hospice for their loving care and support.  They  suggests any memorials in her memory directed to the Bridge Hospice, Bowling Green, Ohio.
   Arrangements were entrusted to Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler, Ohio.
