Evelyn Ann Kuhlman, precious baby girl of Tasha Smith and Devon Kuhlman was born into the arms of angels on Friday, July 7, 2023 at the Mercy Tiffin Hospital, Tiffin, Ohio.
Born at 32 weeks, she weighed 2 pounds, 12 ounces and was 16 inches long. Although Evelyn’s time was brief, she was loved and cherished. She touched many lives and will always be remembered as a baby sister to brother, Jaxson McCleary and sister, Kilynn McCleary; granddaughter to Beverly Smith; Joyce & Jeff Loehrke; Barry Kuhlman; great granddaughter to William Kern; niece to Andrea Smith, Krysta Smith and Nathan Kuhlman.
She was welcomed into heaven by great grandparents, Marjorie Kern; Richard & Norma Wolke; and Ray and Kay Kuhlman.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Mercy Tiffin Hospital for their care. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.
