Norma Ruth Kuesel, 90, of Deshler, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
She was born February 10, 1933 in Deshler, Ohio to the late William and Sophie (Seedorf) Ludeman.
