   Rita Carol Goris, 76, of Weston, Ohio passed away Saturday morning, December 8, 2018 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green, Ohio surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness.
   She was born January 14, 1942 in Bowling Green, Ohio to the late Norm Ruel Chamberlain and Mary Emily (Markley) Chamberlain Burwell.   On January 7, 1961 she married John E Goris at St. Louis Catholic Church, Custar and they shared almost 58 years of marriage together.
   Rita and John shared a lifetime of happiness and were so dedicated to their family and their marriage.  They spent time traveling and vacationing throughout the country, whether it was camping or motorcycles. They met many wonderful friends through polka dancing.
   Rita loved being a Registered Nurse.  She retired from Wood Lane of Bowling Green.  She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, Custar; the Ohio Nursing Assoication; Polka Boosters of Ohio; and Honda Gold Wing Riders Motorcycle Club.
   She passionately loved her family and her memory will be cherished by them all. You could always find her with one or more children on her lap no matter where she was.
   She is survived by her husband, John; children; Lori (David) Bradshaw, Scotts Valley, California; Bonnie (Thomas) Weiker, Custar, Ohio; John W. Goris, Miamisburg, Ohio; Russell (Susan) Goris, Brooklyn, New York; 12 Grandchildren; Danielle (Jonathan) Dunkin; Aaron Ackerman (Cody Irby); Alex (Courtnee) Weiker; Mollie Weiker (Elliott Hagans); Zachary Goris; Rachel Goris; Natalie Goris; Jacob Goris; 3 great grand daughters; Larrisa Dunkin; Kelsey Dunkin; Chloe Weiker: and sisters, Vicky (James) Graf of Bowling Green, Ohio ; and Amy (Mike) Betz of Weston, Ohio;
   She was also preceded in death by her mother and father, an infant son, James E. Goris; sister, Brenda Shinners and step-father, Burton "Ed" Burwell.
   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Louis Catholic Church,Custar on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 10:00 am with Fr. Walter Tuscano officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
   Visitation will be from 1-3 & 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday December 11, 2018 at Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler.
   The family suggests memorials to St. Louis Catholic School.
